New Life Christian Church International was founded by Pastors John and Connie Peterson in 1994 as a mandate from God for the lost and hurting. 

          The ministry of Pastor John Peterson has spanned 40 years since God called him at the age of twelve. Since that time he has served in various ministry roles. He has been a music minister, youth pastor, evangelist, church planter, pastor, conference speaker, radio minister, bible college instructor and has served on various ministerial committees. Pastor John has a heart for the world – to see the lost come to Christ, the sick healed, the bound set free, and the emotionally wounded completely restored.

          Pastor Peterson is an ordained minister who holds a PhD in Theology and a Master Degree in Social Work and Counseling. He has been happily married for 28 years to  his wife, Connie. They have one son, Zackery, who serves in ministry with them.

          Growing up in the church, Pastor Connie has been involved in ministry for 45 years. During this time, she has served in many roles. She has been church pianist, church secretary, ministry of helps, youth pastor, evangelist, church planter, co-pastor, conference speaker, bible college instructor, international and national bible college director, bible college dean. Yet, she says one of  her greatest ministries is to be a loving and supportive wife and mother. 

          Pastor Connie has a passion for teaching the Word of God and encouraging others to model their lives on Christian principles. Through her love and compassion for people, she ministers to the needs of the lost and the hurting.

          Pastor Connie holds a Phd in Theology, a Master degree in Biblical Counseling, and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. One of her greatest joys in life has been to labor side by side in ministry with her husband, Pastor John, and son, Zackery.
